All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to registration by January 18th. All registrations must be received by February 2nd! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the April trip.
We have already booked your flights under a group flight block. Please stay tuned for your flight details which will be sent in your Travefy individual itinerary.
If you are extending on the back end you will also have your flight booked through Executive Group Travel and displayed on Travefy.
Please ensure on registration you include your legal name and your guest's legal name.
Yes, all attendees arriving on April 1st and departing April 4th will have organized transfers when they arrive to the Aruba airport to transport them to/from Ritz Aruba. The hotel is located only 30 minutes from the airport.
Departures from the Ritz Aruba to the Airport will be provided also. You will receive your departure pickup times in your Travefy individual itineraries.
Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. The rate per night is $579++ at the Ritz Aruba (Keep in mind the ++ in Aruba is 25%). Due to end of quarter there are NO early arrivals, only extensions available on the back end of the trip.
This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits, sundresses, and sandals will be worn for most of the event. Please do not wear bathing suits within the hotel without appropriate cover up or a shirt.
For the evenings we do recommend Resort Casual. All restaurants on property allow shorts and sandals.
Sunscreen is provided complimentary by the Ritz-Carlton at the pool and beach towel stands. They provide SPF 15, 30, and 50 for guests to use.
No the Ritz-Carlton is NOT all-inclusive. You will be provided a daily resort credit to help defray the food and beverage costs for the trip. Keep in mind at breakfast you can order a la carte at the restaurant instead of the full buffet or for quick grab and go the Ritual Coffee Shop.
There will be three options.
1. All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
3. Your Travefy individual itinerary will also post any updates to the trip, we highly recommend downloading the app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.
