Travel day to Ritz-Carlton, Aruba - *** Check-in time is 3pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Upon arrival to the airport please completely exit the airport and you will find a Salsify sign for your transfer to the hotel.  

  • You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.  The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

Afternoon at Leisure

6:30pm-8:00pm: Group Welcome Reception - Location: Ritz-Carlton Pool Area

- Cocktails and Appetizers will be served.  

Remember:  You will be provided resort credit to help defray costs of meals that are not provided by Salsify.  The casino does NOT accept resort credit.

Sunscreen is provided complimentary by the Ritz-Carlton at the pool and beach towel stands.  They provide SPF 15, 30, and 50 for guests to use.

Thursday 10/8/2020

Day at leisure. Today is all yours! For those looking for a grab and go breakfast option there is Ritual Coffee Culture located on the lobby level next to the shops.  You can use your resort credit here for breakfast options such as iced coffee, bagels, and pastries.

Please join us at the adults-only pool by the spa (cabanas #18 & 19) for a casual afternoon meetup.

Tonight is also at leisure to enjoy any of the 3 restaurants on site. If you are looking to eat dinner at BLT Steak on property we recommend making reservations when you arrive. You will be provided resort credit on your room account to help defray the costs of dinner.

If you prefer to explore off property this evening, you are more than welcome but all expenses will need to be covered by you personally.

Day at Leisure - Today you have the day free to explore the hotel and enjoy everything the property has to offer.

 

7:30-10:30pm - Farewell Dinner - Moomba Beach Bar.  Dinner and Drinks and Dancing will be provided.  Attire: Resort Chic

- Moomba is walking distance from the Ritz.

You are on your own for food today as guests will be leaving at different times through the day.
 
10:00am-5:00pm - Departures , stay tuned for airport transfer details.
  • Check out is 11:00am, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account.  Salsify will be covering all room charges and resort credit provided.  All additional charges should be covered by you.
