[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
Yes, every Salsify President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to registration by February 8th.  All registrations must be received by February 18th!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the May trip.  

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

We have already booked your flights under a group flight block.  Please stay tuned for your flight details which will be sent in your Travefy individual itinerary.

If you are extending on the back end you will also have your flight booked through Executive Group Travel and displayed on Travefy.

Please ensure on registration you include your legal name and your guest's legal name.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Salsify will cover the cost of all airport transfers in Palm Beach, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees.   Please use uber/lyft/ or taxis and expense airport transfer costs following the event. The airport is just 15 minutes from the hotel.

Two options below that are recommended to get to/from the hotel.

Uber/Lyft: Can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies); please note that it is usually a longer than average wait time due to Covid but this is still the recommended mode of transport to the hotel.

Taxis - There are taxi stands located at each terminal.    

If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. The rate per night is $425++. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be billed back to you through payroll.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits, sundresses, and sandals will be worn for most of the event.  Please do not wear bathing suits within the hotel without appropriate cover up or a shirt.

For the evenings we do recommend Resort Casual. All restaurants on property allow shorts and sandals.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the hotel all-inclusive or will I receive resort credit?

No the Breakers is NOT all-inclusive.  You will be provided a daily resort credit to help defray the food and beverage costs for the trip.  Keep in mind at breakfast you can order a la carte at the restaurant instead of the full buffet or for quick grab and go the Ritual Coffee Shop.  

At the end of your trip, if there is a balance from the resort credit issued to you and your guest, please note that there isn't a cash payout option, the remaining balance will just go back to the company to invest towards future trips!

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Your Travefy individual itinerary will  post any updates to the trip, we highly recommend downloading the app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
