Today is the arrival day for all attendees traveling from the West Coast of the US or EMEA. Today is a travel day to have one day for rest and recovery from your lengthy trip. Salsify is providing all attendees arriving today airport transfers.
*Check-in time is 4:00pm but you may store your luggage and head out to explore the resort or enjoy a relaxing lunch by the pool. The spa is also available if you’d like to change or freshen up, but it is limited in size.
Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

7:00 - 9:30pm - Welcome Reception. Please join us for a Welcome Reception at the Banyan Tree to kick off the trip. Dinner and drinks will be served.
After the welcome party, keep the night going at one popular nightlife spots on site at the hotel including Chico Cabaret, the hotel's speakeasy which offers a variety of live entertainment nightly. For those looking for some additional fun, the Foxwoods El San Juan Casino is open daily until 4:00 AM.
Thursday is college night at Club Brava so we recommend hitting one of the lobby bars following our Welcome Reception.

Activity Day:
Catamaran Snorkel. Enjoy a day on the water, sailing, snorkeling, and enjoying some fun in the sun. A reminder to bring a towel, bathing suit, and sunscreen. Food and drinks will be provided on the boat. More details to follow on our departure time from the hotel.
Spa appointments at the Well & Being Spa will be scheduled based upon availability. Please check your Travefy itinerary for your appointment day and time.
Golf: The Rio Mar Country Club has a magnificent clubhouse overlooking two picturesque championship golf courses in which you will enjoy 18-holes of golf with rental clubs included. Stay tuned for tee times. A collared shirt is required to play on the course.
Resort Credit: Please remember that choosing resort credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel to extend your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars. A reminder it can NOT be used at the casino.
7:00-10:00 pm - Celebration Dinner. Please join us tonight to celebrate all of your accomplishments in 2024! Dinner and drinks will be served at one of our favorite venues in Old San Juan. Buses will pickup at 7pm in the Fairmont Main Lobby. Buses will return back to Fairmont at 10:30pm but for those looking to explore Old San Juan the venue is walking distance from the action. You can easily Uber back to the hotel when finished with your night out in Old Town.
