Yes, every Salsify President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend - someone that is an important part of your life.
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to register by January 9th. All registrations must be received no later than January 19th. Please ensure your registration is submitted in a timely manner (the earlier, the better) to secure your spot.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel.  

Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendee’s flight. Any flights that exceed budget, the traveler will be responsible for the difference and can pay directly through Executive Group Travel.

Please keep in mind, you will be flying into the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is needed to travel to the Dominican Republic and required at check in?

To enter the Dominican Republic and at check-in to the hotel, you will need to present two important things:

1. A valid passport that does not expire for at least six (6) months from the day you depart Punta Cana. Please note – it is your responsibility to understand the travel requirements to/from your home country. This is NOT the responsibility of Salsify or Executive Group Travel.

2. Credit Card: We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card, as the debit card will debit funds for the hold then redeposit days after your stay. The hotel will request a credit card at check-in to cover any incidentals. Please note that a hold will be placed on that credit card at that time and released approximately 24 hours after check-out.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I extend my trip?

You may extend your stay at the resort and enjoy our discounted rate if there is availability. Just another reason to register early!

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you will have 72 hours to cancel. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be your responsibility and may not be expensed.

Any additional flight costs for either extending a stay or to an alternate destination is the guest’s responsibility.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will airport transportation be provided in Punta Cana?

Yes. When you arrive at the Punta Cana airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Salsify sign held by our transportation partner, AMSTAR.

Please note that transportation will only be arranged on group arrival and departure dates. If you are extending your trip prior to or after the event, you will be responsible to arrange your own transportation to or from the airport.

For your transfer from Sanctuary to the Punta Cana airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the transportation rep in the main lobby. Your departure time will be listed in your personalized itinerary two weeks prior to the event.

Your stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana, include the following benefits:

For unscheduled evenings, we highly recommend securing dinner reservations upon arrival through the concierge team. Reservations are REQUIRED at Capriccio and at Wok for Teppanyaki seating.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is Sanctuary town and is it included?

Located right across from the Sanctuary Cap Cana, Sanctuary Town features nine outlets, including great places to eat, and two themed bars with new approaches to the local culinary variety. Sanctuary Town combines authentic ambiance and unique décor in each venue.

Restaurants are included in your all-inclusive package with limited menus. El Rincon de Paco and Anejos are NOT included.

Outlets are open daily from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

The average high temperature in Punta Cana in late February is 84°F.

Blue Marlin & Casa Bella: Smart casual, dress shorts, jeans or trousers, closed shoes, collared short-sleeve shirts are required for gentlemen. Formal shorts, sandals, jeans, skirts, dresses, overalls, dress sandals or closed shoes are required for ladies.

Wok: Formal shorts, jeans or casual pants, closed-toe shoes, short-sleeved shirts with a collar are required for men. Formal shorts, sandals, jeans, skirts, dresses, overalls, dress sandals or closed shoes are required for ladies.

The Steakhouse & Capriccio: Elegant evening wear is required for both men and women. Trousers, close-toed shoes, collared short-sleeve shirts are required for gentlemen. Dress sandals are required for ladies.

ELEGANCE FOR GENTLEMEN: Long pants, collared shirts, casual closed shoes are required. Sleeveless t-shirts are not permitted.

ELEGANCE FOR LADIES: Long pants, capri pants, skirts, blouses, casual shoes are allowed. Shorts, flip-flops, bathing suits, and short tops are not permitted.

There are two options.

  1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be challenging to navigate this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation number, flight details to airport transfer information.
