[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?

Yes, every Salsify President's Club inductee can invite one guest. Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend - someone that is an important part of your life. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to register by January 8th. All registrations must be received no later than January 18th. Please ensure your registration is submitted in a timely manner (the earlier, the better) to secure your spot.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be your responsibility to pay.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is the flight booking process?

All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel. Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendee’s flight. Any flights that exceed budget, the traveler will be responsible for the difference and can pay directly through Executive Group Travel.

A reminder that you will be flying in and out of the LIR Airport (Liberia International Airport). 

President’s Club events will begin on February 24th.

  • For winners traveling from EMEA, you have been approved to arrive in Costa Rica on February 23rd due to the length of travel.
  • For winners traveling from North America, your flights will be booked to arrive on February 24th. 

All flights must be booked by January 22nd.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is needed to travel to the Costa Rica and required at check in?

To enter Costa Rica and at check-in to the hotel, you will need to present two important things:

1. A valid passport that does not expire throughout the duration of your stay in Costa Rica. Please note – it is your responsibility to understand the travel requirements to/from your home country. This is NOT the responsibility of Salsify or Executive Group Travel.

2. Credit Card: We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card, as the debit card will debit funds for the hold then redeposit days after your stay. The hotel will request a credit card at check-in to cover any incidentals. Please note that a hold will be placed on that credit card at that time and released approximately 24 hours after check-out.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided in Costa Rica?

Yes. When you arrive to Liberia airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Salsify sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

Please note that transportation will only be arranged on your approved arrival and departure date. If you are extending your trip prior to or after the event, you will be responsible to arrange your own transportation to or from the airport.

The resort is located approximately 20 minutes from the airport.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event but in the evening feel free to pack Caribbean chic.  Think linen, golf shirts, loafers, sundresses, and sandals.  

A reminder to bring sunscreen and mosquito repellant. The resort does have bug spray available on site if you run out!

Costa Rica uses Type A and Type B electrical outlets (the same as the U.S.), with 120V, so U.S. travelers generally do not need a plug adapter. 

The weather ranges between 89-95'F.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What costs will be covered by Salsify at Club?

Salsify will be covering the cost of travel including: flights, transportation upon arrival and to the airport for your departing flight home from Costa Rica, hotel rooms, meals, and your chosen activity while on the Club trip.

Given this is an all-inclusive property, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip)!  

Please remember- bottles of wine and the contents of your room's minibar are NOT included as part of the all-inclusive package. Glasses of wine are complimentary. If you choose to upgrade your wine at dinner, we do ask that you cover that personally.

• Breakfast at resort restaurants

• Dinner at at resort restaurants, until 10:00pm.
• Poolside Menu / Pool Snacks
• Unlimited alcoholic beverages and soft drinks in our restaurants and bars only, until 10:00pm.
• In Room Dinning Menu (however there still is a $3 + tax delivery fee)

Please be aware the drinks and snacks in your room's minibar are NOT INCLUDED in the package. We highly recommend asking the bartenders/servers for bottled water to keep in your room during your stay.

SELECTION OF BEVERAGES - Beverages out of the list above will be charged per consumption and will be your responsibility to pay for. The beverage selections are subject to change, we will update this list 14 days prior to the event.

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from event agenda to hotel confirmation details, and much more!
