Travel day to Costa Rica (Punta Cana airport LIR code).

A reminder for those traveling from from outside of the US, you are permitted to arrive on Tuesday, February 23rd due to the length of travel.

***Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early check-in has been requested but cannot be guaranteed. Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within seven (7) days of checking out.

Upon your arrival into Costa Rica, you will need to exit the airport and locate the Salsify signage for your hotel transfer. Please refer to your individual itinerary for full details. The resort is located approximately 20 minutes from the airport.

 

Welcome Cocktail Hour

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us for a welcome cocktail hour at the Beach Forest to kick off a great few days in paradise! The Beach Forest is located just down the steps from the main pool area. Head straight down toward the Ocean and you will walk into the event space located in the beautiful Mangroove trees for the reception.

Light appetizers and drinks will be served.

 

Salsify Small Group Dinners

7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Immediately following the welcome cocktail hour, we will be hosting small group dinners at various restaurants on property. Your designated restaurant can be found in your itinerary two weeks prior to the event.

Interested in a nightcap, The Makoko Bar is open until 11:00 PM nightly and is the perfect place to drink signature cocktails during your stay in Guanacaste. *Please note that your all-inclusive package ends at 10:00 PM, so any drinks ordered after that time will be charged to your room and paid for by you with the credit card on file*

Join us tonight in the Garden Plaza to celebrate all of your accomplishments over the past year. The Garden Plaza is located to the right side of the main lobby, front desk area. If standing at the Front Desk, follow the sidewalk to the right. Turn left in the entry way toward the Union Meeting Rooms and out to the garden area.

Dinner and Drinks will be provided!

Breakfast on your own to start your day. Breakfast is available daily from 6:00am-11:00am at Makoko.

Today is all yours!  Enjoy a day of relaxation around the resort! Check out of the the two pools on site that open at 10:00 AM, please note that the SI&P Zone Pool is the children's pool. If you want a break from the pool, take a walk down to the Poor Calzon Beach, home to beautiful views, roaring waves and sun-kissed sand. The fitness center is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed using your room key. For more details on activities offered at the resort, click here.

A reminder that the following is included during your stay:

• Kayaks (1 hour per day)

• Bikes (for entire stay)

Dinner On Own:

Tonight you are on your own to enjoy one of the restaurants on property. Please keep in mind the all-inclusive package only includes dinner on property. If you leave the property to dine in town, the dinner will be at your expense. Check out the resort's dining options here. Prior to the event, you can book dinner reservations on the link provided through Open Table.

Please check your Travefy individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.

Check out is 12:00pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Salsify will be covering all room charges and the one chosen activity for you and your guest. Any additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.

Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered or the drinks/snacks in your room's minibar.
